After doing much online research we interviewed 3 agents to list our home. We picked Aaron Gilbert and in 6 days he had 3 outstanding offers for us to choose from! Showing during the virus was a challenge but he followed all our requests which exceeded what most agents were doing. We knew he had a great reputation for finding a buyer the right house and getting the best price. Now, we can honestly recommend him either as a buyer or sellers agent. No one will work harder for you. Several of our neighbors who moved were disappointed with agents they used because once they got the listing and the sign went in the yard they seemed to just wait for other agents to do the hard work of selling. He did not do this. We were impressed and recommend him highly.

Aaron made the buying and selling process a breeze, even with difficult sellers and a during a pandemic! This was my first time buying and selling and Aaron was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He came prepared to each showing we requested and made me aware of all listing appointments in advance. Buying and selling has its twists and turns and Aaron was there to navigate us through it all. I would definitely recommend Aaron for any reality transaction!

Aaron was amazing - within hours of initially reaching out to him, I had an appointment for the next day to view my dream home. Once I decided it was for me, Aaron immediately went to work and wrote an insanely competitive, "just-right" offer that beat out EIGHTEEN (18!) other offers to win me said dream home. He was above-and-beyond helpful throughout the entire buying process, from the first time we spoke until my move-in day. Aaron's clear, consistent, and thoughtful communication, as well as his extensive network of great folks in the Richmond area, have been absolutely invaluable to me as a first-time home buyer. Honestly after I made comtact about being interested in properties he said he will get to the office and do more research...NEVER EMAILED ORCALLED ME BACK. If I’m establishing myself as a client needing help and that happens is unprofessional and bad for business. Its not about just selling a house but trying to understand your clients needs...also he didnt ask or write down my interest. Save your time and find someone else. *Shrugs*

Aaron Gilbert did an absolutely fantastic job for us on our first home purchase. My wife and I started the process while I was overseas. Aaron was very responsive to our questions and explained things in full detail. It was very reassuring to have Aaron assisting us while I was half way across the globe. He also recommended an excellent home inspector and helped us through the whole process. We closed on the home shortly after I returned to the states. Aaron looked out for us the whole way and I couldn’t be happier with his service to us.

Aaron is great! He was the first Realtor I contacted and when I did I thought I was farrrrr from ready to buy a house but I asked him for some early advice and he shot back very long and thorough emails which as a first time homeowner is more than you can hope for! He gave me so much insight into great times to buy, and what kind of steps to expect. We had arranged for him to call me and I guess we lost touch and I later ended up meeting someone else and buying sooner than originally planned but he was so helpful that I owe him a shout out because I would definitely recommend him especially to first time homebuyers because he is sooo eager to help and knows the Richmond market well! Many people I’m friends with used him and were super happy which is what led me to him in the first place! :) if you aren’t sure check out his Instagram and see how many happy people he has helped and continues to help!
